Tom has an active practice defending hospital and healthcare providers in throughout the State of Colorado, the State of Ohio, and Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Tom’s practice focuses on the representation of physicians, nurses, hospitals and other healthcare providers in actions involving allegations of professional malpractice. Tom is a trial lawyer who defends healthcare professionals in cases that involve catastrophic adult, fetal and neonatal injuries and wrongful death.
Tom enjoys skiing, biking and University of Colorado football games.
