Summary:  Immediate opening in Cincinnati, Ohio at a mid-size law firm for a Litigation Paralegal.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal

 Computer Skills:

• MS Word and Excel
• Electronic document repository system
• Internet navigation
• Electronic search databases
• Legal research systems

Candidates must:

• Understand medical/injury terminology.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trial.
• Analyze data and prepare summary charts.
• Review, organize, and analyze discovery, which includes, but is not limited to, financial and medical records.
• Perform legal and investigative research.
• Prioritize work assignments, projects, and deadlines.
• Communicate and interact with clients, attorneys and expert witnesses.
• Be able to work independently.
• Demonstrate excellent people, oral, and written communication skills.
• Possess a strong client service philosophy, responsiveness, and sense of urgency.
• Work effectively in pressure situations with the ability to multi-task and be an excellent team player.
• Occasionally maintain flexible working hours.
• Maintain confidential Firm and client information.
